Refund Policy
The first 24 hours of the Sports Alerts service are free. If you cancel within that period you will not be charged.
If a fee was charged for a period of 30 days or less from the date you accepted the subscription, you have a right of withdrawal — no reason needed, no penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact customer care at mena@cs-sptwo.com with: full name, mobile number, e-mail address, and the service name ("Sports Alerts").
Approved refund requests are processed no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
Unsubscription / Cancellation
Step 1 — From your Etisalat mobile, send STOP SKYSP as an SMS to 1156. You'll receive a confirmation message once your subscription is cancelled.
Step 2 — Alternatively, contact our support team at mena@cs-sptwo.com with your Etisalat mobile number and we'll cancel the subscription on your behalf and confirm by reply.
Step 3 — After cancellation you keep access for the remainder of any free trial period; you won't be charged again.
